Description

A one-component solvent-based adhesive designed for professional use in the furniture industry. It is used for gluing HPL laminates, furniture boards (chipboard, MDF, HDF, melamine), plastics (PP, PVC, ABS, HIPS), furniture edges (PVC, ABS, natural), upholstery materials, foam, fabrics, leather, rubber , cork, cardboard and most metals. Adhesive for double-sided applications. It is characterized by an immediate first grab.

HOW TO USE

Bring BONIFIX CONTACT SPRAY 860 and the materials to be bonded to a temperature of min. 15 ° C. The surfaces must be dry, degreased, cleaned and dust free. Shake well before use. Spray the adhesive evenly, in a thin layer from a distance of 10-20 cm, on both surfaces to be glued with a ready-to-use aerosol (500 ml). In the case of absorbent surfaces and materials (e.g. chipboard, leather, rubber etc. ) apply the adhesive twice. Wait approx. 2-5 minutes, join the glued elements and press evenly. The use of a press, rolling or hammering significantly improves adhesion. In order to increase the strength of the joint, smooth surfaces of the joined elements should be roughened, and metal surfaces should be rusted and sanded. The joint obtains full strength after 24 hours.

CHARACTERISTIC

One-component contact adhesive based on synthetic rubber with the addition of modifying agents in solvents organic. It is characterized by a modern, mobile system gluing, not requiring additional equipment.

The glue is not suitable for gluing polystyrene, soft PVC and materials PVC coated.
